      What is Native Health and fitness? Can it be Fitness that refers to the first individuals of the United States?
      Do you find it a reference to the health intelligence quotient of yours? Like ” applied VS indigenous ” health?
      Indigenous Physical fitness is an expression that refers to the fitness capability which more than 100,000 decades of humans have provided us via primal need and natural selection. Genuine conditioning that fits the bodies needs of ours.
      What am I talking about? Let us see how this evolved fitness relates to our present trend toward aerobic as well as sustained actual physical health.
      Native Physical fitness is the physical stamina that served the ancestor Cavemen of ours. It gave them the rush of speed to get away from danger, or capture meal. It gave them the energy to fend off predators or perhaps enemies. It was on-demand power for private and group survival.
      This particular Physical Fitness platform continues to be refined over countless generations to meet up with the requirements of the body musculature of ours and bone structure. It serves the lungs of ours, heart, and mind so it will keep the body fit and whole and ready for action. It’s grown more than 100’s of years of refinement thus our bodies worked to peak performance without any sustained exertion and constant undertaking.
      Cavemen did not run for 26 miles at one time, or jump around within the caves of theirs for an hour sweating to the rhythm of a drum (the first BOOM Box). Where they physically top fit? I will point out that you and I are click here (source website) so that’s a testament to their fitness.
